Apparently, the hotel rents out the pool to do photoshoots (including weekends) so you might not be able to use the pool you see in the hotel pictures, instead they will send you to the hotel next door with shuttles or maybe even walking P.S the hotel next door cost 6-8 times less than what you are paying for the hotel you originally booked. OfCourse, I had the worst experience because I was not informed about the whole situation. and i was asked to leave the pool premises by the lifeguard because the managers were busy, and the lifeguard had no job at the time because no one was swimming .... long story short I felt humiliated while waiting over 30 minutes by the pool to see the manager (which would have fixed the whole situation) then I made my decision to make an early checkout and To be honest I used to be a fan of the address hotel chain and I know as 1 customer I won't matter ... but this is my experience and I wanted to share ...

Steam cabine did not work. Also there were no hot water in the room, so I couldn’t use the bath thub at all. There were misunderstanding with dry cleaning and with the invoice as well. And at the end after sharing with the staff all these information, like all there were normal, not even a single gesture was given as a compensation. However I enjoyed the few days, but very disappointing how these facts were handled:(
