Residence Henri IV, Paris

What a lovely gem of a hotel located in a great part of Paris for walking to the major sites, finding a wonderful meal and experiencing a unique property. The staff was always helpful, whether is was arranging transportation or suggesting restaurants. The suites were roomy and because the hotel is located at a dead end street, it is very quiet.

I thought every aspect of the hotel, from front desk service to the cleanliness of the room, was impeccable. Without hesitation I recommend Residence Henri IV to others.

We just returned from a wonderful seven day visit to Paris during which time we stayed at the Hotel Residence Henri IV. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice having been recently renovated. The beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms had all the amenities that we required. The hotel location for us was perfect being in the Latin quarter within easy walking distance of many sites and of course the metro stations. There are a large number of excellent restaurants in the neighborhood within easy walking distance. The hotel for us was a perfect choice and we have absolutely no regrets. I would emphasize how wonderful the staff was and how comfortable the hotel is. In addition the hotel location on a cul-de-sac made it quite quiet and we had no problem with street noise. Overall, we would highly recommend the Hotel Residence Henri IV.

This is a charming hotel on a large boulevard near the Sorbonne and the Seine. Although technically in the Latin quarter, it feels a bit on the outskirts of this area. There are some cafes and pastry shops and small grocery stores in close proximity. It is a short walk to get to the Metro. Within about 10 minute walk the more traditional narrow cobblestone streets with shops and restaurants in abundance can be found. The staff were very friendly and accommodated my request for a balcony and were always available to help. The room was alway spotlessly cleaned.

We had a wonderful time! It was my 30th birthday trip, which turned into our engagement trip, after my boyrfriend proposed! The staff was friendly and the room was just what I wanted, a nice charming Parisian feel. The bed was very comfortable as well. We had to put in a request for the bidet to get fixed, which was completed before we returned from a day out. So we appreciated the timely service.The location is excellent and within walking distance of Notre Dame and so many cafés and cute little shops. We will definitely be back.
