Couldn't ask for anything more.
Great location right in the Puerto de Toledo circle and near all the Tapas Restaurants of La Latina. It was clean and comfortable. They held our luggage and printed our game tickets for us quickly and easily. Couldn't ask for anything more.

I wasn’t expecting much of this hotel but it definitely succeeded my expectations. Everything was really nice, hotel room was nice, the breakfast buffet was amazing. The hotel is located so close to central Madrid, which made it easy to access all the places I wanted to see. Would definitely recommend

Very cozy little hotel in a great location.
We had a great time in La Puerta de Toledo. It was clean, the service was excellent, and the location was very convenient: quiet, near metro station, bars, restaurants, and park Madrid Rio. I would gladly recommend this place.

Clean the room and baths.
Lack of security in the hotel anyone can enter and reach the rooms without any hassle, lack of security in the entrance, elavators etc. The rooms are not clean they just come and do your bed, replace the towels, that's it.
