This was a terrible experience for me. I got a room after landing in Hong Long and needed to check in immediately (9am) to sleep before my next flight the same evening. I was not notified of the 3pm check in time until AFTER the “non-refundable“purchase was made. I will never use Expedia again after this disgraceful experience!
