Friendly staff, great dinner/breakfast. Bit far from the city center. Room was clean, but the bedding did make me itchy.

Bad experience w/very selfish staff
This was not a good experience. I booked for over 5 nights, and the hotel front desk staff were routinely disrespectful and rude to me as a woman. There was no a/c in the room at all even though it's advertised as having it. I could barely sleep from the heat. The bed was like concrete, and I constantly heard the train through the hotel window. They use toilet paper w/barely anything on the roll that's recycled trying to save $. The breakfast is very minimal w/hardly anything to choose from on the buffet. I had booked a triple room multiple days and paid for it, and out of the goodness of my heart, I let it go to other guests and continued to stay in a double room. They were completely unappreciative of that. I also booked for one day later and couldn't make it after all due to an unforeseen emergency, and they were paid for room up front and didn't give me a comp to make up for it when I came back again in the future. Very greedy owner who has the attitude you are there to serve his ego. I asked to use the computer because my laptop was down, and they ignored me for 15 minutes making me wait only to find them eating behind the desk displaying selfishness and total disregard for customers paying their bills not even using the computer. I will never stay here again. Overrated and overpriced!
