A great value along with a most pleasant stay
I was traveling alone and this was a great place to stay. The room was European small, but nicely done. I did the shared bath option which I never encountered anyone else using the bathroom or shower. Loved the quieter, local location and easy access to two tube stops. The breakfast was a great addition adding to the value. The staff couldn't have been nicer! Thanks!

Nice cozy hotel
This hotel is pretty close to the main rail station for London to go to Paris, and get on the tube and trains to many places in England. They have a very nice breakfast. The staff is also very friendly. The room was a little tight for the four of us and the bathroom tiny. No air conditioning either which is quite common. But a good neighborhood, reasonably priced for London, I would recommend!

An economical and pleasant stay in Bloomsbury
Had a very nice stay at this moderately priced Euro style hotel (ie toilets and showers down hall) nicely situated in a quiet part of the popular Bloomsbury neighborhood. Very nice to have breakfast included with ability to have made to order eggs with side in pleasant dining area. The Eastern European staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are small but don't feel so very much since very compact. Bed matress could be updated for additional comfort.

Quaint hotel in a neat little neighborhood
This was a quaint hotel, away from the major streets. The people were welcoming and the price was right. Breakfast was excellent, and the service was terrific. What we didn't realize was that the hotel had no lift, so we had to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs. Then, we discovered that the room had no air conditioning, so we kept our windows open during the night -- which was refreshing, actually. Also, we were in an area with lots of construction across the way, another aspect that I wasn't aware of. All in all, it was a quaint European-style hotel without some of the amenities we were used to, but had some excellent service.

Needed little, and got it—in spades. Happy.
This lovely and simple place is what a weary academic needed. I was in London to work at the British Library, which was literally 200 yards away. I would have accepted any hotel because of its proximity to the BL. But I chanced upon the Euro Hotel, looked at its website, and thought to myself, "It's perfect for me. I'll be on my own, going to work, then to dinner, and then back to the hotel to work." The Euro Hotel fit the bill perfectly. I visited in early May, when it happened to be warm, and then with light showers. I opened my window that faced out to the front of the hotel and left it wide open each evening for three hours will I worked happily on my computer in my single bed, tidy little room. And it *is* a tidy little room, if you're getting a single room (as I wanted). I could not have been happier with the people who worked there, the quiet, the access to nice and simple restaurants, bars, Laundromats, and even Starbucks around the corner. The morning breakfast was slow-paced and genial. When I needed to print up my boarding pass for my flight out, they pointed to the simple computer in the corner of the main breakfast room and said, "it's all hooked up to the printer." Click, click, had my boarding pass. If you're on your own, and need a very few things in your world—but those very few things matter—then this is a great get for you. A first rate B&B.
