The hotel is very well located just of the main pedestrian road in Venice, close to #1 vaporetto stop. We stayed in the annex. The entry looked rather delapidated and we had to carry our luggage two steep flights of stairs. The room itself (#305) and bath were small but sufficient, very quiet. The bed was comfortable and shower worked well. We stayed two nights and had no major complaints. The check in was very efficient, we came at about 1pm and were given a room early without any problem.

Best value in Venezia!
I really can’t say enough about this place! I had such a wonderful stay and am still in shock over how inexpensive it was. Hands down, the best value in Venice... I even convinced some other travelers to ditch their much spendier accommodations and stay here. Wonderful!!!

Wonderful Stay
We followed the directions on how to get to the hotel via their website and they were very easy to follow. Just a hint, there is a sign to the hotel on the street (that I would call an alley not a street, very narrow, so don’t look for your normal street) you need to turn on. The staff was wonderful and very helpful always. There is one set of stairs to get up to your room (no elevator), we did not mind. They have air-conditioning in the room that you control through a remote, we stayed at a time where the windows were nice to have open. The room was big enough for three, bathroom is normal (small). They do offer TV but there were no channels that were in English. The location was wonderful, close to attractions, shops, and restaurants. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. A note to the hotel. If you really want to bring your hotel to another level of luxury service I would recommend a few small things. A cover for the mattress on the beds so you don’t feel the groves in the mattress. Softer linen like a micro-blend or higher thread count. Softer blankets or possibly a light weight down. Pay attention to the bathroom, there is a lot of humidity and it causes mildew. There is a lot of grooves to the shower and to be cleaned properly you need to look at the outside as well as the inside.
