Convenient to both train station and rental cars
Chose this hotel for its closeness to both train station and rental car office. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful, and gave me hot water for tea on request and also good restaurant recommendations. Downsides were that the room seemed smaller than square footage indicated, no coffee/tea in room (although one could ask for hot water easily enough), and breakfast lacked hot options but was nevertheless sufficient.

Fantastic!
Right across from the train station, safe convenient location. Love the two guys working in the evening at the front desk, the gentleman during the morning shift needs to find a job that doesn’t involve talking to the public. Clean, lovely rooms. Exceptional breakfast in the morning and the two providing it are an absolute delight and care tremendously about the guests. When I come back I will be staying here.

For the price, 10/10 stay and would stay again. Was only in Florence 1 night but would have extended here. Convenient by train station / everything walkable as no taxis in town anyways really. Incredible dinner / gelato suggestions given to us. Room was good, breakfast was great with proper coffee!

Amazing in every way
Fabulous hotel, amazing staff, all very friendly and personable. We had a great experience, close to the main train station and only a 10 minute walk to the Duomo and many other popular sights. Breakfast was continental style in the cafe next door to the hotel, which had direct access from the hotel. The cafe is not open to the public during breakfast opening hours. The two staff here were also fab. Lovely service, always with a smile and I heard the lady singing which was beautiful. We were a party of 4 and had a quadruple room. It worked well as we didn't spend much time in the room, but everything we needed was available. We did use the terrace of an evening for a short while. We also left our luggage at the hotel on our last day, no issues, very professional and a great place. I have been to many hotels and had plenty of city breaks, this has to be the most friendly, affordable and perfect location. An absolute must for your stay in Florence.
