Good location close to the Termini train station. Very nice and helpful front desk staff. The breakfast lady is a little mean though.

Not Fancy but Gets the Job Done
I would definitely recommend! The hotel itself isn’t glamorous but if you are visiting Rome to hangout at a hotel you should probably reconsider why your even going in the first place. The room was decently large and clean, it was quiet at night and completely safe. We love to walk so it was the perfect location for us. We could get to the Trevi in about 15min and the train in less than 5. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It’s perfect for people who are city hopping like we did.

Good price, GREAT location.
Very clean and safe area. Great to get around the city. It’s not a “fancy” place but it’s a good price for the area. We had a family of four in one room and, while cramped, was pretty comfy all things considered. Bathroom would get a funky smell but I’m guessing that most places in Rome.

OK for a quick stay
Hotel was OK for a quick stay, didn't seem too family friendly. Elevator was microscopic, breakfast was a couple floors up, the area was convenient to Termini, but the area around Termini can be a little unnerving. Plus side, staff was very friendly, and the dual pane windows kept out the street noise.

Dirty and outdated
Staff was great but bathroom had black mold and room was extremely dirty. Area was very noise and can be a bit shady. Its extremely outdated but I expected that based on the daily rate but cleanliness should not be compromised because of price.

Good for 1 night stay
Needed a room for 1 night after our cruise, and this place fit what we needed: a place to sleep and shower with a 24 hour front desk near Roma Termini so we could catch the first train to the airport in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, but as others have stated there was no AC, although the breeze coming from outside (in early October) was quite nice. Wifi was not great for us, we were able to connect to it but loading our airline's flight check in page was faster on the 2G phone network. One thing we did not expect was the check-in desk is on the 3rd floor and the elevator only has space for 2 people or 1 person and 1 luggage at a time, but the stairway is very wide and accessible. And you need to leave your key at the front desk before leaving the building and pick it up when you return. In the end location was key, and we'd probably stay here again if we needed to spend just one night.
