A great place to stay in the middle of it all!
I had an excellent stay! The owners were very friendly. One thing that should be mentioned is the lack of an elevator. While this was no problem for me, I could see how climbing to the 3rd floor each day would be tiring for others. If stairs don't scare you, then this is the perfect place to stay in the middle of Rome! A quick walk to the Colosseum, Metro or anywhere else. Within walking distance of Termini.

Great small hotel
I went there by myself and i stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. My overall experience was a great one! Its a small hotel ran by an elderly couple, they dont speak english but we never had an issue understanding each other. The room was small, but thats okay since i was only using it for sleep. I reccomend it.

The warmest, most attentive owners
We stay four nights here. The owners, Lucia and Carlos, where the sweetest, most earnest and endearing couple. They will do anything to make sure that your stance comfortable and you immediately feel as if they are loving parents looking after your well-being away from home. The room was plenty big enough with the window that looked out onto the street. We had a large bed with a wardrobe, desk, two nightstands, chair, monitor for watching TV. They would make the bed daily and meet in the room. They would replace the towels and bathmat if they were dirty but if they weren't dirty they would just fold and neaten everything. They gave us a fresh towel one night we asked for an extra. They kept the key for us so we didn't have to worry about losing it. The front door was automatically locked for safety but they were available anytime of day or night to ring us in. Breakfast in the morning was prepared by Lucia. Sweetbread, fruit, coldcuts, cheese, bread and a selection of packaged crackers and suites that you can take with you during the day. Whenever we were in a hurry in the morning and got up earlier then the official breakfast time, they would pack several packages of crackers and sweet snacks as well as juice boxes to make sure we at least had something to eat. The bathroom is pretty small and the shower was pretty close to the toilet so that the shower curtain kind of blew in on you when you're taking a shower, but it really wasn't a problem at all. Everything was kept clean and neat. It was a quick walk from two different metro stations. It was also close enough to the main attractions that if we didn't want to take transportation we could walk to the coliseum and it would take between 10 and 15 minutes at an easy pace. We definitely walked more than we took public transportation just for the fun of it. The longest we ever walked from the hotel to any point took about one hour, and that was nearly all the way to the Vatican across town. Most places take us
