Family vacation in Rome

Hotel Cortina, Rome
Staff was great, very helpful! Very hard to find in Rome even for a taxi driver. Nice breakfast and central location. Views are "non-existence" just buildings. Comfortable beds and good value in Rome.

Superb staffs, great location, cozy and warm!
Cortina Hotel is very well located - close to the historical areas with metro, main station, bus stops and supermarkets nearby. Though a historical building, it's very well maintained (and has elevator) with a cozy feeling. The breakfast dining area is lovely decorated with good breakfast options. Above all these, what made our stay so enjoyable was the superb staffs, I met 3 different ones and they are all very friendly and helpful. I'd like to thank Gianni in particular. He's extremely warm and passionate in assisting us, helping us resolve our luggage lock problem and had given us practical suggestion on how to appreciate the city of Rome. Following his advice, we had a great day visiting the main attraction sites. Ladies serving breakfast were also very friendly and helpful. For my trip to Italy this time, Cortina's staffs are the best I've experienced. I'd want to come back again because of them!
