Overall Okay
The hotel is in an easy to find location, close to many food choices, mini markets, and actual markets (which helps to keep the cost down), and the staff were very helpful whenever we had a question. Also, the wifi is great in the room. The downsides, the a/c was not great. We ended up opening the windows, thankfully we had cool days, but the city streets weren't the quietest. The bathroom had a weird lip on the doorframe which my family kept tripping on our first couple of days there. The TV took about 30 minutes to come on, and once it started there was no just turning it off, it had to power all the way up, before you could turn it off. This was annoying the first day I was just trying to get the local weather. The breakfast is a cold breakfast and did not end up keeping my family full until lunch time. The elevator is small. My family of 4 with 2 backpacks barely fit, so be prepared to take multiple trips if you are a larger family or have actual luggage, but it was nice to have since 5 flights of stairs after a full day of walking seemed very daunting. Overall, it was ok. I would stay there again, but know ahead of time what I was choosing.

Very poor choice!
The staff at the hotel were very helpful. The breakfast was substantial. The neighborhood was very seedy. A homeless man slept on the sidewalk out front during the day. A large group of young adults were staying at the hotel and were very noisy. The first morning we had only cold water for showering. We were very anxious to check out. We will never stay here again!

Roman Holiday.
We enjoyed our two nights, room was comfortable, clean and large with two large windows looking down onto two streets. Lovely Roman vista. Excellent location next to Termini for trains and buses. Desk was manned 24hours and they were extremely helpful. Free continental breakfast was refreshing. Would stay again. Thank you.

Spend €10 more somewhere - it'll be worth it
Best wifi in all of Italy. Couldn't find our reservation for 15 minutes. Nonsmoking rooms but smoking in the stairwell and hallway just outside the door. Sketchy street and worse elevator.
