Bad repair service
Service to fix issues was bad. We were left with the toilette running for two days and they said the management company or repair person was not available, and could not accommodate us to switch rooms. The friendliness of the staff was great during the day but poor during night. No consistency. The room was ok, a little outdated but clean. The breakfast and location of the hotel were the best. Close by the duomo and most touristic attractions. If you will be mostly out visiting places and having fun, this hotel is good as long as nothing breaks down.

Not Superior
Got a sad old little room at the end of a long dark hallway, and it had one small little window, and thin mattress. Did not look like main photos–I booked to save some cash, but just was not worth the price.

Exceptional10.0
The location can't be beat, and the staff was extremely friendly and generous. They have a free baggage area where I dropped my bags early and left them late. Breakfast was awesome and every person I ran into was kind and welcoming. Easy walk from the train station (and they provided explicit directions) and I could hear the bells at Duomo. I'll stay here every time I go to Florence- such a good experience!
