Le Petit Hotel. A classic in old Turin.
The hotel is in a fantastic area of Turin, which is why we chose this place. Parking garages are nearby at €20/night. Close enough to roll your suitcases there upon departure. There is a comfy lobby and reasonably-sized rooms. It’s not fancy, but attempts have been made to update. Pretty spare. Guy at the desk upon check-in not friendly and sort of demanding. As he gave instructions, he barked, “Look at me, look at me,” so he could point out the direction to my husband. Probably a matter of language, but rather off-putting. Might have been nicer to say, “ Sir, let me point you in the correct direction.”

Great hotel, ample room
Hotel is ample and comfortable. The restaurant next door is great, definitely worth eating at! We really enjoyed our stay here.

Needs customer service training
I didn't like that they kept my passport for a couple of hours when front desk said it would only take 15 minutes. I didn't get it back until I asked for it. No explanation as to why. I saw another guest having to ask for it. The mini bar did not work (it didn't cool) front desk said just a moment and he would take care of it. I was there 2 days it was never fixed. WiFi mediocre and you can only use one electronic free you have to pay to use more than one. So if you have a phone and laptop or tablet to use both your out of luck unless you pay extra. The building is very nice and room for one very roomy. I think that they don't quite get that 4 stars is not just about hotel but also customer service. Would not stay there again no matter how nice the room is. Breakfast was ok

Nice little room
We stayed at Le Petit two nights and found it clean, a well located hotel. The beds were two twins pushed together, not what we had requested and not very comfortable. The safe did not work. Breakfast extensive and delicious.
