Impossible to find!!!
Picture was lovely. COULD NOT GET TO HOTEL AFTER TWO HOURS OF DRIVING INNER CITY!!! Every route into hotel blocked by pedestrian area. Narrow one way streets not able to turn around. Had to drive in reverse. Canceled reservation after two hours of noble attempts. Hotel receptionist offered to send car to pick us up...nice thought but unrealistic with luggage, etc and then WHERE to leave car?? Drove to next city at 7pm that evening and paid ridiculous last minute price for room.

So elegant
Interesting time to stay as Italy was on the verge of lockdown but standards did not drop one bit at this fabulous hotel. Staff were helpful, the hotel was immaculate and both the choice and service at breakfast was exceptional. I look forward to staying here again.
