Great location and value
Location is great as it is right across from the tram stop. Check in was easy. Room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. Cleaning staff were friendly. The only thing missing was a guest information/instruction book on how to use the electric smart pad for ac, but we were able to figure it out. The people in the community are friendly and willing to help with directions and suggestions on shopping places. We had mountain view from the skylights. Would highly recommend this place.

Hotel bastante novo. Staff muito simpatico. Chuveiro honesto e TV com acesso ao Netflix. Entretanto, apesar de tudo, na hora de ir dormir o quarto estava quente e o ar condicionado não funcionou. A recepção estava fechada. Não havia muito o que fazer. Deixamos parte da veneziana aberta, o que não ajudou muito e só serviu para garantir que acordaríamos muito mais cedo do que gostaríamos. Basicamente um hotel que poderia ter nos garantido uma noite perfeita, acabou perdendo muitos pontos em uma noite que virou um pesadelo.
