Location. Location. Location.
Hotel is very close to all the major attractions. You can walk to the Michelangelo Piazza in 20 - 25 minutes, just research on Google Maps. You do not need to take a taxi or bus. You can take two trips in a day, one in the morning (11am - 1 pm) and one in the evening (8 pm - 10:30 pm) for the panoramic view. The room price is very reasonable, if you plan to be sightseeing most of the day. The room is clean and the staff are helpful. I had an early flight, but I was allowed to check-in at the hotel at least 2 hours early. Highly recommend.

We rented a triple room, which; in US size; was not quite as large as a standard motel room. The air conditioner was broken, so after attempts by hotel maintenance to repair it failed, we were moved to a double room. In fairness, the room was bigger than a walk-in closet, but not quite the size of a standard spare bedroom. We received no discount for the smaller room, much less the aggravation of having to unpack, pack, move and unpack again. On the plus side, the rooms were modern and clean. Moreover, the young man who staffed the front desk, was pleasant, attentive, and as helpful as he could be, given his limited authority.

Very noisy location
Very noisy and very busy area. Our room faced a nightclub that was what it seemed an underground type thing f place since there was no sign outside but a black door entrance, the second night we saw a security guard outside so we asked if the place was a club and he said yes! Lots of activity outside the club until early morning ours like 5am!

Everything was perfect except for one thing. The bathroom is very modern, but the shower is too modern. That means when you take a shower, the water sprays out and spreads all over the entire bathroom floor, which is very annoying. But again, other than that, it’s a great place!

The property is in an ideal location and the room was nice so it’s a shame that I need to complain. We were there 5 nights. I told them that our air conditioning didn’t work. The room remained at 26 degrees. The young man at the front said they tried to repair it but not successful so he gave us a broken fan to move the hot air around. They did make beds but the floor was never cleaned. Also complained that we had no shower gel so he brought us about 7 small bars. I also tried to get a taxi upon leaving but couldn’t find one so we walked… would have thought we would get some kind of compensation

Newly renovated. Bright. Good lighting. Modern but lacking on storage and desk. I also had to place my luggage on a chair and my husband's on the floor. Good for sleeping and resting only. Clean and new bed linens but towels are worn out. Good location. Breakfast is bad.
