Hotel was Good :)
The front desk staff was very kind! And 24/7 so that a plus. The bathroom was a separate room outside in the hallway. The A/C worked great. Bed was hard and pillows were flat but everyone has their own preference :)

The Best Thing About the Hotel is the Location
It is not the best stay for me. Breakfast was okay. Bathroom is big. Room 429 is not exempted from the noise at 2 am when the garbage truck comes. Wifi is not strong. TV has only 6 channels, all Italian. There is a dog on top of the reception desk which is bad for guests with allergies. But Staff Friendliness? Bordering on 0. Only Marco was friendly. One Reception Staff was so rude to me for asking a "tourist" question and proceeded to embarrass me infront of other guests. I did not even hear a "thank you" or "safe trip" when I checked out. Glad I paid all my bills and taxes on the first day.

Very convenient place to stay
Great location, easy access to everything. Friendly, helpful staff and quite delicious breakfast. All common areas of hotel nicely decorated and very clean. Individual rooms are quite small which you would expect of a city hotel but they could use an upgrade, especially the bathroom area.
