Excellent value for money
Good quality for a very low price: spacious and clean room, very close to Rome main train station. Breakfast is not excellent (packaged snacks), but it's fine for the price paid

the room was small. we have a ceiling fan and an AC. but we have to pay extra if we use the AC. we have our own bathroom but its too small and the toilet bowl had a foul odor. i keep pressing the flush to clean it and left the window open in the room so we dont inhale all the smell. we had free wifi but on our 2nd day, we cant connect to the wifi anymore. the staff are nice and location is very accesible to roma termini

Stay away, bed bugs in the rooms.
We arrived on 8/12 expecting to stay for 3 days. The building itself is a low-budget hotel in a decent part of Rome. We didn't expect 5 star service, however, what we discovered scared the living daylights out of my family. On 8/13, we woke up in unit 310 with bed bugs all over the sheets, on the pillows, etc. These little critters were walking around everywhere and we started to kill them, they were full of blood. We looked at the white bed sheets and noticed that there were blood smears on the white bed sheets that looked like old bloody stains that were once washed. We immediately went downstairs and told the management about the condition. We told them we wanted to leave the hotel and asked for a refund. I was told that I would get a refund by providing my bank information and that they would "wire" the money to me. We showed videos and photos that we had to the front desk manager and he didn't show any emotion. I suspect they knew that their building is infested. Look, you get what you pay for, you pay for a low end hotel, you get high end critters in your bed. We have videos and photos of our unfortunate experience. Had the hotel been more accommodating, been more responsive to my refund request, I would have not wanted to go public with this. However, they didn't care, didn't bother to refund and don't deserve to do business with bug infested beds. The public should know that the place is filthy. Stay away. My kids and I got bit by these nasty bugs.

Bathroom was full of mold. Room had not been painted in years. $10.00 euros for the remote to control the air conditioner during 35 plus temperatures. Location was good. Breakfast was adequate.

stayed here 4 nights, it's a nice hotel even had a TV, which is rare in Europe. Only major issue was the bathroom, you could feel an electric current while touching the handle in the shower.
