Great hotel close to it all
The hotel had a good location and it was wonderful to look out the window and see the Pantheon. There was a warm breakfast served at a local restaurant that was a good way to start the day. We are happy we. Stated the the Abruzzi!

Wonderful cozy hotel in Ancient Rome
The staff was wonderful and very helpful, they assisted me with looking up travel information for the rest of my trip upon check out. They answered any question I asked, gave me directions, information on taxi, cost of common things and recommendations. The staff spoke English and Spanish very well which was helpful to my family.

Great Hotel in the heart of Rome
I've stayed at this hotel three times in the past 25 years and each time it gets better because of their renovations. The hotel staff are very service oriented and pleasant.

Great Boutique Hotel
I knew I was spending probably a few more dollars on this hotel than I could have spent elsewhere, but I believe it was worth every penny. The room was spacious and the bathroom/shower huge for European standards. The lighting was so cool in the room (it lit up when you entered) and the AC worked very well. The front desk staff were very helpful and were available 24hr a day. The front desk staff also arranged for my transportation to and from the airport (FCO) and the prices were very comparable to what I would have paid for a taxi. The best part of this hotel was the location. As you can see from the photo with this review, the view was unbeatable. My room overlooked the plaza and fountain and I just had to look to my left to see the Pantheon. Gorgeous. And it was a great view to just watch the plaza below. I originally was going to sleep with the window open (there was a nice breeze), but the sounds of the plaza below go well into the night. I closed the window and you couldn't hear a thing. Other highlights: The breakfast (standard European flare, nothing special) is at a restaurant looking at the Pantheon, the free WiFi was actually fast (compared to what I have experienced in other hotels in Europe), and the hotel was in the perfect location. I was easily able to walk to the Colosseum in the morning and the Vatican in the afternoon. Lots of places to eat around (obviously, go explore the little alleyways for the better food) and it felt extremely safe.
