Good location, nothing more
Only valuable for its location, the room was small even by European standards, reception at the front desk abrupt and wifi extremely strained. I would not stay here again.

Like most hotels in Rome, this hotel does not offer you what a four star hotel should. It is more like a 2-1/2 star hotel. Only positive thing is it is in walking distance to Termini Station, so you can save on costly taxi service from the airport. (Shuttle tried to charge me 35 Euros; Express train costs 14 Euros)Neighborhood is nothing special, more hotels and some restaurants, which serve subpar food prepared by non-Italian cooks. Good luck to you if you want to eat some good pasta or pizza in Rome. I tried for four days and was served bad food in each attempt. Back to hotel: Don't pay more than $80 per night for one person in September. Else, look for a hotel closer to Forum or other central areas.

Nice size rooms close to station
Hotel was a short walk from Termini Train Station. Also close to Piazza della Repubblica. We asked for a room for four persons and were given two adjoining rooms 325/326; one had a large double bed and the other had two single beds. The rooms were large for Rome and the bathroom was in nice condition and very large. Staff was helpful. We used the taxi service from the front desk to go to airport in the morning. (65 euros for 4 persons). A taxi might have been less, but the convenience of having it reserved and ready was worth it. We left before breakfast, but during the evening we checked out the 7th floor where breakfast is served. There is a beautiful terrace up there with a lovely view and plenty of tables to sit outside. Definitely worth checking out. Overall would recommend Torino, especially if you are coming or going from Termini.

Nice hotel - Zero customer service
The hotel is actually pretty nice. It is close to the train station and the city center. It was clean and well decorated. Half of the hotel experience is the room and amenities the other half is the service of the staff. I would rate the former very high but the later as nonexistent. The notification I received said that I could check in at 1:00pm but the room was not ready and the man at the front desk belittled me and other guests for arriving too soon. He used a "In Italy Check In time is always after 2pm." line. He was not willing or happy to work with myself or others and when my room was ready he was inconvenienced to tell me that it was ready. Front desk staff was generally unfriendly as I would leave and return. So Sad for a nice hotel.
