Standard hotel
The hotel overal is a standard hotel. After coming back from dinner on our first night, we noticed the bag of chips was completely covered in ants (on one of the beds) after notifying the front desk they let us change rooms (room 524). After trying to downgrade us we finally got transferred to room 509 which was is in much better condition. Overall out stay was great, we basically just slept there at night, beds were comfortable( better than expected based off pictures). The morning guy Francisco kept giving us attituded the first couple of days after our room change... We luckily didn't see him on our last day..Fernando at night with the pony tail was amazing! He was welcoming super nice and gave us great tips on getting to the airport.

would not recommend
specifically requested 1 double and 1 single bed, however, they just assumed my children are very little and gave me a room with only 1 double bed. so my son had to stay in a separate single room. then they told me they will give us free breakfast for the inconvenience but in the morning another person at front desk told us no breakfast included. I'm just glad we were there only for a night, it's not a very nice neighborhood. never would stay there again or recommend to anyone.

Unsafe Stay
The website does not tell you it is unfriendly to handicapped persons The elevator to the 5th floor is the only way to check in,it is very small .The steps to get to room unbearable the room smelled like smoke so he switched our room .The tv did not work the lights flickered and bathroom main light did not work The people were friendly but the hotel needs to be refurbished I canceled my stay and went to another hotel I would never stay there again !I am disappointed with

loved location by metro --- unfortunately our room was right across from dining room -- we heard all phones ringing from the desk --- and people coming in --- there was no safe in the room as we had understood
