Mozart in Rome
Good location. Staff courteous. Very loud music at night. Extremely small room but okay. Good breakfast buffet. My flight changed so that I had to leave a day earlier than booked. Although I gave a 48 hr notice, hotel would not give me credit.

Great Location
Love The Hotel Mozart, stayed before but this time we stayed in the annex building instead of the hotel. Lovely but the beds and pillow were m uncomfortable in the annex suite. My daughter and I hurt our necks. Good location. Busy area but central to a lot of shops, food and sight seeing. Nice breakfast.

Great value
Comfy bed. Located near Spanish Steps and Spagna stop on Metro. Boutique hotel with antique charm, such as carved wood ceiling. New bathroom. Delicious breakfast was included.

Make sure you stay in the hotel not the annex
We thought we booked a room in the hotel and we were put in an annex of the hotel, an apartment. It was up one flight of stairs up and his was difficult for my mom. The apartment was spacious but it was old and not updated. It did not feel very clean. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was very good. If you stay there make sure you are in the hotel or you will be extremely disappointed.

Not what expected
I’m not sure what to do on this review. We booked what we thought was a standard hotel room suite to sleep 4 but were surprised on checkin to learned that we’d been put in an apartment 2 blocks away from the hotel. Long walk over cobblestone streets ! The apartment was spacious and clean but very inconvenient if you wanted to have access to hotel amenities. We ended up skipping hotel breakfasts and never really saw the restaurant or terrace of the main hotel, which had been a selling points. The bathroom shower was tricky to use and we ended with some floor puddles. The building that the apartment was in appeared to house a number of private local residents. It was attractive at entry but the elevator area seemed unfinished and a little isolated with unreliable lighting. The staff from the main hotel were helpful enough when needed, especially in keeping our luggage for many hours at the end of our stay, but the location made it impossible to Engage them for minor questions, etc. The apartment location was convenient to attractions but not as good/ nice as the hotel itself. But we got good croissants at a coffee shop next door. If you are looking for a normal hotel experience, do not book a suite at this hotel. It is really a far away, isolated apartment which is not what we’d expected. If you want a spacious apartment setting, his is fine.
