Great hotel
Everything was great but breakfast was not included and I didn’t like that there’s no power outlet by your nightstand for your phone and alarm to charge but we would definitely come back very clean and front desk are very friendly and helpful

Stayed M,T in a nice room. Everything was fine. Went to Florence overnight and stayed @Miami Th, F. Our room was fine but the bathroom was designed poorly. Toilet was so close to tub my knees hit the tub ...I’m barely over 5’ tall. I have a knee replacement and bad back and getting in tub to take a shower was difficult as tub height was about 22” high. Mario and Francesco were great. Wish we hadn’t been given that room. Would not have accepted it, but had already unpacked so we’re too tired to try to change it.

Great location near Roma Termini
The location was perfect for walking, the metro and the train. Staff were friendly and helpful, although our room wasn’t cleaned until mid-afternoon each day. The shower is very small but there is good water pressure and adequate hot water. Breakfast is available for 7 Euro per person per day, but we opted to find breakfast in the neighborhood each morning. The building has a small elevator (lift) but the stairs are easy, even to the 4th floor. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d stay at Hotel Miami again.

The hotel was like most older European hotels small room but clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The location was good for sightseeing in Rome and I would stay again if I were coming back to Rome.

Miami hotel is a good pick as it is centrally located to the major sites. Breakfast at the hotel is a simple fair (deli meat, cheese, bread, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, etc). All for 7 euro. Hard to find a better deal on the streets. Even though we were on the corner of a major street it was quiet. The elevator was big enough for 4 people which helps as the rooms are on the 3rd floor. Walking is the best option for checking out the major sites from the hotel. Only when we took the local bus to the Vatican did we encounter any problems. The buses are packed so don’t rely on them. Taking the subway was also an issue as it just cruised on by our station so we ended having to walk a bit more. The taxi fare from the airport was fixed so we didn’t have any issues. Excellent gelato across the street and a surprise find of a Chinese restaurant across the street down an aisle. Fresh Chinese food for a reasonable fair. Back to the hotel, basic room, plenty of hot water and good pressure. A/c worked fine but the WiFi can not be relied on. Never could get on the WiFi with our iPad. However we did get on with our phone. Hope this helps. Ciao

Pleasant stay at Hotel Miami.
The location is great, ten minute walk from the Termini Train Station in the direction of the historic part of Rome. The breakfast is more than adequate. The real plus is the friendly and helpful personnel at Hotel Miami. Each member of staff that I had contact with were outstanding. Some of the showers may be smaller than those on a cruise ship so don't drop the soap. The rooms vary in size and if you are a light sleeper, request a room on the back. I stayed there three times during May 2019 and would not hesitate to stay there again. The WiFi was a bit slow but eventually the messages sent. Self service laundry and a grocery store a block away.
