Tolles Hotel, toller Service, gutes Essen. Bad Sobernheim ist aber nicht so doll, dafür kann man Meisenheim eher besuchen.

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett, das Essen prima. Der Saunabereich kommt leider langsam in die Tage und man könnte mal an kleinen Verschleißerscheinungen arbeiten. Es gibt wohl auch etwas Personalengpass im Spa Bereich, am besten schon vor der Anreise die Anwendungen buchen

Die hygienischen Zustände im Restaurant "Villa" haben uns inbesondere beim Frühstück nicht gefallen. Zwar wurde es nach einem Gespräch mit der Rezeption etwas besser, aber nicht gut. Das Essen im Hermannshof war hervorragend, der Service dort auch :-) Und die Anwendungen im Wellnessbereich waren toll und die Mitarbeiter dort sehr freundlich.
