Clean, comfortable hotel away from tourist areas
The hotel is not exactly close to the center of the city, but if you're ambitious you can still walk to the historical areas to do sight-seeing. There is also a decent selection of good restaurants and cafes nearby, so if you're not looking to be touristy it's a great spot to be. My only complaint is that the bed was a little too springy for my liking.

The hotel was a bit secluded from the hustle and bustle. I did not like the area when I got there. My family seemed disappointed to. Luckily, the bus to main locations was only a few blocks away. If you go to the terrace you can catch a glimpse of the Vatican steeple. The hotel was lovely but had an old feel. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The best part of my stay was the staff. They were very friendly and very accommodating. The staff was awesome.

The breakfast staff and food was good specially having smoke salmon was a plus. However, the neighborhood was pretty far and front desk staff could be friendlier

The front desk staff never smile. They ask that you leave your key when you leave; when I cMe back from my day of sightseeing I had forgotten whether or not I had left my key. She looked and did not see it. My husband and I searched frantically for it, not wanting to be charged for a lost key, but to no avail. I went back to the front desk and magically she found the key. She said since I was not sure she didn't bother to look again. So I was made to feel it was my fault. When I asked for help getting train tickets the response was they could not do it even though the previous day they said they could. Eventually they agreed to do it by telephone! What, they can't use the Internet? Cleaning staff were great. The nicest thing about the hotel was the location. It was in a more or less residential area so clean and quiet.
