Checkin took ages (about 20 min) despite their not being a queue. Reckon if there were 2 customers in front we would have waited an hour!

We believe it was a 4-star rated hotel years ago but it's wearing out without proper repairs. There was no hot water in day 3 and the only customer lift was out of order in one day, we had to take the truck lift at the back. However, for the price it charged, the swimming pool is good and clean, a good sized room and convenient location to the heart of the city.

Staff will not respect your privacy.
The staff were nice enough and the hotel room was tiny. That's all ok but the most shocking thing that happened is that my room had a "do not disturb" sign on the door. The cleaning staff ignored this and opened the door while I was wearing no clothes. I reported to the front desk and didn't even get an apology. They said a manager would call me back but never did. I do not recommend this place.
