The hotel has everything you need, is clean and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It’s also in a great location (both for being able to walk to the ferries and to go to restaurants in the evening). Very happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in como.

Fine for 1-2 nights but very tired place, in need of an update. Staff helpful though. Convenient for San Giovanni and Nord Lago railway stations (about 7 mins walk) and ferries (similar). Breakfast fine in range, quantity and quality (though would like to have seen cheese covered up). Aircon ancient but effective - and shutters to keep heat out during the day. Nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
