The hotel is very central , a short pleasant walk to the Fenniscular to take you up to old part of Bergamo , and handy for the new part of Bergamo. The hotel staff couldn’t have been more friendlier and helpful. The hotel is lovely , very Italian and we had tea and coffee facilities in our room , toiletries ( including shower cap) as well as robes and slippers( ordered via the booking -free), I even got my feather pillow I had requested ( free). We paid extra for the breakfast which had plenty of choice , hot and cold choices.
