Outstanding location and breakfast
The location is superb right across the Stazione Centrale to take a train to explore other cities in Italy as we did. Service is great. Breakfast offer is unexpectedly outstanding only overshadowed by staff kindness and good quality service. Confortable beds provide you with a vrry good night sleep.

Good but hotel management should put pressure on
FIRST OF ALL, the hotel was GOOD. Hot shower, good breakfast, decent rooms. The reason for the review to be poor is because when we xame out of the railway station, there were shady characters outside the railway station. I hope the hotel and surrounding hotels complain to the police to keep the area safe from these "shady characters". We were scared that they would steal our bags. The reason for the review slight less score is because of seemingly unsafe area surrounding area. Otherwise the hotel itself is good and they have 24 hours reception desk.

The property was nice enough to upgrade is to a room with a view of Milan Centrale, the train station which is beautiful. So it was a very nice view. It was a very pleasant stay.

The location was great because it was only a few mins walk from a train station. The room was reasonable for its rate. However, I had the room with the connecting door and I could hear every single thing from next door from waking up early, talking and laughing out loud and blasting their music. Not sure if it would be the same with other rooms. The view from my window looking out to the station was very nice. The street was a lil noisy but as to be expected from any cities and the hotel’s location. Metro was only a few steps away. If you want convenient, this is the place. Food was easy to find. The corner cafe (passing McDonald) was very good. Japanese restaurant was nice as well. However, avoid the cafe beside the hotel at all cost. There will be people out there hustling for you to go in. The prices were outrageous and everything was ridicule from their food and pushy-rude service. Mercado at termini was another wonderful option. Overall, the stay was good.
