Es un hotel súper céntrico está ubicado frente ala parroquia principal es pequeño el hotel pero todo muy limpio tiene una terraza que los hoteles alrededor del centro no tiene El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento en el hotel como tal pero ellos recogen tu carro y lo llevan a su parking que está un poco retirado.En caso de que ocupes tu carro lo pides con unos 15 minutos antes del horario que quieras y te lo traen. La atención del personal es excepcional Antonio es una excelente persona que está al pendiente de tu estancia y en general todo el personal fue muy amable y atento con migo y mi familia lo recomiendo 100% Si regreso a San Miguel de Allende sin dudarlo me hospedaría en este hotel mi familia y yo nos vamos muy contentos y agradecidos con todo el personal

I want a refund, the property is terrible
The room I got was completely different from the ones the hotel shows when you book. Bathroom was quite disgusting with such a bad smell and in general the room was terrible. The price I paid was extremely high compared to what they offer and I want to have my money back, I want a refund. I took some pictures but I can't upload them because in the app is impossible. How can I send the pictures so you see what an awful place this is. Only good thing about the property is the location which is exactly in the city center, but other than that, they should close it and tear it down!!!

NO ELEVATOR AND NO BELLHOP AND THIS HOTEL IS ON THE 2ND FLOOR! I had to lug my giant suitcase up 2 floors! The hotel is old and has a musty smell. Our room had no windows that opened so no fresh air for us. The lobby is decorated in a Thai theme. (???? Interesting???) A small rooftop deck. Great location. You are literally on the town square.

It didn't start off good since I was put in a room with no windows. They moved me to a better room but I had to move after one night because that room had two beds and they needed it. But it only got better--I got a nice room and the staff were fabulous. The location is perfect so overall I would recommend.

The pictures on Expedia are misleading, and they had trouble finding my res and tried to put me in a room with NO windows, then found one with a window. But today i have to move to a different room since the one they gave me has two beds. But this will be a step up because it has lamps which last nights room didn't, only bright overhead. It is located on the main square but needs updating

I love staying there because the location is extremely perfect, but there is no elevator and there is a room at the end of the hall on the second floor that does not have air conditioner. Besides that the staff was very nice. We Even got breakfast.
