Disappointing, except for cinnamon rolls.
Room had been used and not final checked by house keeping. Front desk had no response or compensation for the issues. Hotel is going through renovations so rough aroynd the edges. Only plus was cinnamon rolls and good breakfast. It wasn't worth the money. Inconvenient to get to. Next to Walmart and had to drive through semi trucks to get there.

We booked through Hotels.com and I don’t know if that was the reason but we were put in a room that needed updated. They were remodeling the whole motel and the worker said they were about done but we were in a room that needed redone!! Oh well, we love this chain as it’s usually very clean!!!

Looks Good, But...
I don't normally review hotels, but this one got my attention because it was rated 8.2/10. After staying, I can't understand why. They had no hand towels in the bathroom in the room. That's fine, right? People make mistakes. I asked housekeeping and was told the hotel HAD NONE. Hmm. Odd. At breakfast, they had no butter. Again, I asked, and was told they had none. It was 100 degrees out during the day, and yet the air in the rooms and common areas was dank, as if their air handlers were failing to remove moisture from the air. The people working there were perfectly pleasant, but whoever oversees the physical plant and supplies isn't up to the task. Next time (it's halfway from Houston to Denver), I'll stay elsewhere.
