Very Good 8.4 From 235 reviews
Clean , quiet and comfortable, staff was friendly
We checked into 2 rooms. They were clean and comfortable. Friendly check in and check out. Everything was great. The only thing I would comment on is the AC unit was a bit loud for sleeping. No road or plane noise. Extremely convenient to the airport.
I love it. Everything was good. The cleaning and the room was fantastic. Very comffortable
I was surprised to see this rated as an 8.4 "very good", the room was musty smell / humid feeling, I turned the air on high but didn't make a huge difference or cool that great. The pillows as well, just smelled not freshly washed or old. On a positive note they had lots of towels. Service was ok, there was no way to let them know you were up front, you just had to wait until they came out of the office. Wasn't worth the money, I would have spent a little more for a better place.
Airport shuttle was quick and front desk staff were professional and helpful.
The stay was wonderful! Friendly staff and extremely comfortable!
Very nice for the price. The pictures are accurate as to how the rooms actually appear.
Upon arrival there were no towels in the room. Went to the front desk and was basicaly ignored by the worker who I could see in a back room talking on her cell phone. The air conditioner left alot to be desired. The face plate was damaged , it was set at 65 and the room felt like it was well into the 70s. The toilet barely flushed The shower had very low pressure Overall, I was very disappointed as that has always been my go to hotel when visiting Milwaukee.
It was clean and affordable.
I travel from New Jersey to Wisconsin went I was in the front desk the lady “that I can’t said her name because she don’t have a name tag the only thing is that was the night shift” she ask me what I want I start laughing because is the first time that somebody in a hotel make a question like that and more if you work in a hotel with guest but I answer normal she give me the key of the room by the way everything was clean in that room and perfect. I go out and went I come back the key wasn’t working so I go to the front desk again and nobody in the lobby or front desk so I go outside because I get tired of calling with no answer the lady from the front desk she was outside talking in the phone and smoking she look at me and ask the same question “What do you want “ I explain to her that the key wasn’t working and she start with attitude and taking hard breath only for that reason I never come back to this hotel
