Nice hotel
Enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Suites Bloomington. Friendly check-in and room was very nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning was delicious! Perfect for our overnight visit to Illinois State University.

Poor Cleanliness
This was a very disappointing hotel, particularly from a cleanliness and customer-service perspective. When I got to the room, I happened to touch the shampoo and noticed it was sticky. When I checked it more closely, I noticed it was only half full. Clearly, the cleaning person took it from the shower and placed it on the counter. I had my own shampoo, so no bog deal. The next morning, when I go to take a shower, there's a USED washcloth on the shower curtain bar. That really disgusted me. When checking out, I mentioned this issue to the front desk person. He gave me a half-assed apology and moved on. I didn't expect him to comp me the room but it would have been nice if he had shown ANY level of concern for the dirty bathroom. I will never stay at this hotel again.

We’ve stayed here many times. Desk people very helpful and friendly. Some room furniture needs updating, also some new paint in rooms is needed. Overall a very nice place to stay.

At check in the clerk on our keys wrote that breakfast started 6:30 the reality was it started at 7am. When I started we were traveling with a trailer where was the best place to park. She started anyplace around the building, but there was no parking lot in the back of the building, so it was very hard to park with the trailer.

Very clean and the staff was very attentive and always asking us what they could do for us. They called restaurants to get closing hours for us and gave directions and opinions that were helpful. Good hot breakfast

Nice hotel Friendly staff Comfortable bed Breakfast wasn’t very good. Not much to chose from and the cold drinks were not cold. Need a different snow removal service. It was bad. It was difficult to get to my vehicle as the snow had been pushed up to the curb on both sides of my vehicle.
