My family had a fantastic experience at The Springs Resort. The room was clean, comfortable, and tasteful with nice design choices. The service from front desk staff was top notch. They take extra effort to personalize your experience. The hot springs were perfect - a lot to explore onsite, which was perfect with 2 young kids. We loved it!

The perfect place to stay. We could not have been happier been our choice to stay at the Springs. The staff was all very friendly and attentive, facilities were very well maintained, clean and exceeded our expectations. The activities onsite with Club Rio were all 5star and the off site activities we easily booked through the concierge blew us away. Truly happy with our decision to stay at the Springs. We drove past other places like Baldi and Tabacon and we were so happy we were at the Springs instead!
