convenient and clean hotel. very reasonable rates.
Business stay. Wifi was reliable. Cell phone reception poor because of proximity to 10 story condos but otherwise good for a business stay. Stored luggage after I checked out until I went to friends later in day

Good location, Nice to have our own kitchen
We really enjoyed having a kitchen, fridge, microwave, stove top. It is super convenient to the Tesco grocery store next door. It is convenient to the Earl Court tube station. We really enjoyed the stay.

Good but no air
Everything was OK with the exception of no air conditioning and no window in the bedroom. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep there. They give you a key to open the balcony door but you cannot leave it open for the whole night since it's not safe.

Design terrible, amenities challenging
1. Amenities: plentiful, hard to use 2. Design: sleek, terrible to live in 3. Simple solutions not implemented 4. Staff: polite, no follow-through A full kitchen! Dishwasher too? Washer and dryer, really? Wow! Using them was another story. Contrary to check-in info, no appliance manuals in the room. Staff had no manuals, offered a person. At the washing machine, he was stumped by "where do you put in the soap?", said he would find the answer or a manual, and never returned. The apartment door slams itself incredibly loudly. I could catch the door and ease it shut every time, but you know what? Humanity has overcome this problem already. Solutions are readily available, inexpensive, and easy to install. It is not an X-prize level conundrum. The bathroom light is automatic ONLY, on or off. Closing the door to keep it from turning on every time you walk by is your only “control.” More than 75 seconds to brush teeth, rinse, AND spit: darkness. Waving over the shower door didn’t work; shower door had to be opened. It was the stay of a hundred annoyances, from the tall skinny toiletries that fall off the curved shower ledge; to the banks of unlabeled knobs--that look the same off or on--to control distant lights; to the shower head anchor that would not stay up. These are all fixable, should anyone care to fix them. Good: next to a Tesco. We had hoped to defray costs using the amenities. Ironically, this hotel is bearable for only a short stay.
