oast Guard friendly
Coast Guard family that was pleasantly surprised with the proximity of the the base and the wonderful view. The staff was amazingly accommodating and went out of their way for a late check-in when needing to arrive later for our Coast Guardsman. Highly recommended and will be back again.

Good 6.0
Average
We had a completely OK stay, but would not stay again as it was poor value for money. The bed was comfortable and Charlotte at the front desk was very sweet. Apart from that everything was average at best. Not the level of service you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Some type of strange ration system for their complimentary coffee, where we only received two coffee capsule from the person at the front desk although we were staying four nights. Poor service when asking for direction or tips about the city. We might as well has saved out money and stayed somewhere else as nothing indicated that this was a 4 star hotel.

Not impressed
The room was not cleaned to par, stains on sheets, stained carpet, dusty very dusty baseboards, the refrigerator did not work at all.

Luxe waterfront property close to north end dining
The exterior photos are a bit misleading - all of the balcony rooms in the buildings are condos , and none of the hotel rooms have outdoor space. Super comfortable rooms though- amazing bathrooms and leather recliner chairs for napping. In room nespresso machine was a life-saver there’s no store nearby to buy bottled water , and the hotel has no concessions or food:beverage outlets of any type available ( as of 8/28). Sunsets on the waterfront each evening were really lovely, and all the great Italian restaurants of the north end have outdoor seating and are a 12- min walk from the hotel. Definitely my favorite new Boston (summertime) hotel- but probably way too cold to stay on that pier during the winter months

Nice Hotel. Not so great service.
Hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. There was no refrigerator or Ice bucket in room. I asked the front desk for one and they told me they would deliver one to me. I never received it.

Getaway
Great spot. Walking Distance to the North End/ restaurants. Water taxi available at the hotel to bring you to different parts of The Harbor. Our water view was a partial view. Little disappointed with our side view. Room was okay. Refrigerator was broken. I had to call front desk several times: broken refrigerator, WiFi password and instructions, ice, and room was hot. Valet parking $50 overnight. Overall, nice spot. Staff is friendly. Take advantage of the sights and try not to spend to much time in your room.

great location - professional staff - large rooms
beautiful location right on the waterfront. Beautiful view, large room comfy bed etc. Overall excellent - two minor issues: (1) strangely there was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower and (2) there was an expresso maker, but no coffee maker. I expect that in Europe - not Boston. I missed my coffee. Otherwise superb upscale hotel, highly recommend.
