Sorry, your room is unavailable
My wife and I prepaid for our room weeks ago - when we tried to check into the hotel, we were told that due to "unforeseen" events, there were no rooms at the hotel. Fully booked. This is the last thing you want to hear on your vacation, after an exhausting day of travel. We were not notified via email or call of this mishap, we were only informed upon arrival. Instead, they had another room for us at the Ramada several minutes away (still at the airport though). The room that was given to us was definitely inferior to the one at the Holiday Inn that we paid for, and we were only given two twins instead of the king-sized bed. The lack of communication, appropriate accommodation, and recompense was appalling. Definitely a downer during the trip. Though the staff was kind, would not recommend staying at this hotel. Who wants to show up to their hotel and play roulette with their room availability?

Very Convenient Hotel
Great Airport hotel.Was nice to have the shuttle run both ways. Just called from the machine they had at the airport when we arrived and they advised where to meet and picked us up-then took to airport next morning.
