Only one negative thing is as being VIP property with Expedia, and I am holding gold status, I was denied my credit 15 Euros per night for massage which was advertised at the time of booking and refused to recognize credit toward payment.

First holiday to Antalya stayed at Susesi luxury resort and we absolutely love it it was fantastic . Travelled with 3 kids (under 7) and all loved it as much as the adults did . On arrival we met Sinan and Orhun who really went above and beyond in looking after us and made the trip much more memorable . The mini club kept the kids entertained as well as endless food options which is always a winner . The spa treatments were also one of the best visited . The restaurants had so many options the term spoilt for choice doesn’t do justice . The swimming pools were always clean as were all the facilities . Thank you to all the staff for the hospitality.

It was a very crowded hotel and I don’t think they can accommodate all the people staying there. There were times we couldn’t find a sunbed to lay and people usually put their towels down and claim most of it. Kemal bey at the restaurant was very nice. Food was good but nothing amazingly good. Overall I felt like I was at Disney Land and not a 5 star hotel where you relax.

This was a superb property with all the amenities necessary for a great vacation. It was beach front and they kept the sand clean and tidy. They have tennis courts, a great mini waterpark with plenty of exciting slides for kids and adults alike. The rooms were kept very clean and the level of service was excellent. Staff were attentive and responsive to your needs. The best food quality and variety I’ve ever seen in a resort setting. The wait staff were so prompt, professional and courteous! The conference center attached to this resort was of high quality and the audiovisual staff very knowledgeable and the equipment was state of the art. I would 100% recommend and will return.
