Comfortable in a great area
I liked it. The first day was rough because the window was old and had a bad draft. They did not have another room but the 2nd day they moved me to a good. I was there 5 days and was satisfied. It is an older facility and the walls are thin but I was satisfied. Staff was vwry nice. I would stay again if I go to Dublin again.

No frills, but beds were comfortable and it was fairly convenient to attractions (for lower priced Northside options).

Avondale should have guessed house.
This place was NOT worth the money. They say you get a free breakfast, which is true, but I would highly recommend staying with the cold cereals, and maybe some toast. The hot breakfast is not worth it. The wifi only worked about a day and a half out of the 5 days I was there, sadly. It was frustrating, as every time I needed wifi, I had to find a coffee shop and buy a drink or food while I used the internet. NOT fun. The bathrooms are separate from the rooms, but you do get a shower and a sink in your room. Or at least we did in ours. So if you're with friends, you'll get to know each other a little better, as the shower is simply in the corner of the room with a glass door. The place is old and breaking down. The steps are sagging, the tiles are cracked. Customer service is lacking a bit, although the main lady wasn't too bad. The pillows are thin, there are no sheets on the bed, and you can hear every single bit of noise. So pretty much, if all you want to do is sleep, bring some ear plugs and an eye mask and you'll be fine. Otherwise, don't bother.

Needs to be updated
This hotel is very old and our room had a mildew odor to it. The location is pretty good, but I would recommend looking elsewhere if you are staying in Dublin. Although, the breakfast in the morning was very good.
