Hotel location is great because pretty much you have everything around. The problem we had with this hotel was: First 3 days, cleanliness of the room was nice, coffee, shampoo etc. The fourth day until our departure, no coffee and floor was dusty. Lounge area: waiters and service is so slow! We went twice for late dinner and they took over 20 minutes to sit us and ask for drinks, lounge was always empty. Morning buffet: omg this’s our only good best part Of this hotel, starting from service, food, cleanliness. Everybody from that schedule work as a team. Thanks to Francisco- manager. Doesn’t compare to the afternoon shift! Overall was ok but I think I’ll consider another hotel before thinking to coming back to this location.

Good place if you don't care for a view.
The hotel is clean and modern and rooms are comfortable. Nevertheless there is no view and located in a very busy street that you need to cross to get to the Mall and restaurants. Staff in general is nice and helpful but they moved us to another room due to maintenance issues. AC wasn't working well. We also had an issue with the restaurant staff when in an empty cafeteria after ordering food and drinks one of the guests ate a mango. Fortunately our waiter intervened and didn't became a major issue.

Nice and spacious rooms, clean, and welcoming and friendly staff. Across a large mall with plenty of dining options. Food buffet is ok but not great; some potatos on breakfast were old and disgusting. Sunday buffet has seafood as choice.
