Most Centrally Located, Clean Comfortable Hotel
Great location, clean quaint comfortable hotel. Would stay again on my next visit to Tokyo. Close to the train station, gourmet as well as all kind of restaurants, Ginza, Tsukiji Fish market and almost all sorts of action one wants to see in Tokyo.

Don’t stay here, it’s GROSS!
Based on reviews (and photos shared via Hotels.com) verses actual experience this place was HORRENDOUS! The carpets in the room had stains all over them, and were legitimately dirty - hasn’t been vacuumed. There were hairs in one of the beds - and in a coffee cup. The beds felt like sleeping on plywood, and we were all nervous to touch the comforter based on the lack of cleanliness. The weirdest part? The bathroom was pristine - almost like it had just been replaced...until you realize there are huge chunks out of the tile and grout. The floors weren’t the only bad thing: the couch was stained, the windows had smudge all over and the coffee table looked like it had been thrown out the window. AND, the walls were literally FALLING apart (photos attached). We were cautious before we even entered the room - the lobby needs some fresh paint, badly! The staff that was on attendance spoke very little English, although they are listed as multi-language. So - yeah, this is great because it’s in Ginza. The room size was okay, but, the cleanliness was a huge deal breaker - especially for the expensive price we paid for one night. Don’t stay here - you will be let down. I am honestly surprised this hotel is still opened based on its conditions.
