Iris Hotel Eden, Prague
An honest review from a recent customer
Service is fine here. They don’t speak English at all which bring me a little trouble. But I like the hotel—— the room is not too big but it is comfortable during my stay, restroom sparkling clean. The hotel provided me a free street parking but I felt unsafe so I spent 12 euro for all day parking. I used Uber to go to the city center and it costed about 6 euro. Anyway, you guys should stay here once go to Prague so you can save money and enjoy the city

Nice but far from city center
This hotel was nice but pretty far from city center. You have to take the tram to get there and back. Make sure you ask the reception for info. The room itself was great but the a/c did not work. Even with the window open it didn’t cool the room down in the evenings. The convenient thing is that it’s right next door to the stadium, Mcdonald’s and a mall which has many more restaurants if you don't want to eat in the hotels restaurant.

Horrible hotel, do not recommend. Staff at registration is rude, the room keys do not work and the A/C was not working. Complaints are ignored.
