Be sure to request a third floor room because the footsteps from the floors above are very evident in the lower floors!!

I expect a refund - on a very cold and rainy day - I was out of town and traveling and made reservation and paid for room for my 25 year old son Front desk would not allow him to check in because he didn’t have a $100 deposit (why I paid for the room in the first pkace) and we were on the road at night and couldnt print and fill out and scAn form back to hotel authorizing them to put a $100 charge on our credit card. So he was turned out in the weather on a really bad weather night - THE WORST!!! I demand a refund. He said fine I would have to deal with y’all for that.

Called ahead to inform we would arrive late. The female attendant was very nice and friendly. Then we arrived to an unattended front desk. My nephew was able to get us inside with his key. We waited about 5 to 10 minutes. We called out for help and then dialed the front desk number it rand for a while; no response. My daughter peaked around the corner saying “Hello?” The clerk comes out saying you shouldn’t be here. To which she replied we were waiting & looking for someone to check us in. David the clerk, states “I can’t beat the front desk all the time”. I asked “is this how they teach you to greet your guests.” No reply or even a glance from the clerk. So I replied you know you are being very rude; what is your name ( not wearing a name tag or visible I’d any where for David. The rudeness went on for about another 5 minutes. Reguested IDs & payment still never looking us in the eyes or face. I felt that he had been sleeping on the job & I asked. He responded we are done “period. I replied it is just beginning. I said it is 2 rooms for Regina White & he feels the need to correct me that I have 1 room & the other room is for Shanice. I replied whatever just put both rooms on my card. Things did not get any better. No rest, all I could do is lay in bed listening to the traffic & waiting to check out.

Nice hotel. Good location, right off the freeway. Staff was friendly. Quiet room. Clean. Would stay here no doubt if returning to the area!
