The bathroom in my room was dirty upon arrival, with visible footprints all over the shower. I immediately reported this to the front desk and showed them a photo as proof. Despite bringing this to their attention, no one was sent to clean the bathroom.
I also experienced inappropriate and unprofessional behavior from the bartender, who was rude, refused to assist or serve me, and made an offensive comment asking why we don’t “drink rubbing alcohol.”
At checkout, I reported all of these issues and was told someone would contact me. It has now been a week, and I have not received any follow-up or communication.
I am very disappointed with this experience and how these concerns were handled. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible to address this matter.
