Awesome place to stay!!!
In Wellington for a festival & the accommodation was beautifully clean, right n the city, comfortable & tidy, our room had everything one needs to rest well & jump into the next day, staff were all super friendly & helpful only downside was tea & coffee wasn’t topped up during room service & post festivities that was much needed haha but awesome place to stay, thanks team!!!

Member on reception and on phone prior to arrival very helpful , as due to ferry issues did not arrive until 3am. Accommodation seemed relatively new but massive pillar in room by bed not nice. Made it awkward getting in and out of bed at night and as no bedside table or lamp on that side could not see it in the dark. A little rearranging of room would make more sense and better use of space. Close to most places and easy walking distances

Excellent Accomodation and Great Staff
This was the nicest, cleanest hotel I've stayed in during my month+ trip to Australia and New Zealand. The hotel is new and had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. It is also in a great location. I could easily walk to Cuba St, lots of restaurants and the Te Papa Museum. Most importantly though, was the customer service. I had trouble getting my rental car (becuase I didn't have my driver's license/thought it was lost) and Utsa, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful time (even after I checked out). I am so grateful - she really made a difficult situation much, much easier to deal with.
