This stylish holiday home with two terraces is located in a lovely residential complex near Marbella.
The complex has two outdoor communal pools, a whirlpool, fitness area, playground and restaurant.
On the ground floor of the holiday home you will find a bedroom and a bathroom and the spacious living room with open kitchen, you have direct access to a terrace overlooking the playground and the garden facilities.
On the upper floor there is the second bathroom and it leads through the main bedroom to the second terrace, which is equipped with sun loungers and a parasol. Equipped with two PIV units to constantly exchange fresh air in the property, ideal for guests with asthma. At the pool there is a caf -bar which serves snacks and meals all day.
Please note: For the access card to the pool area a deposit is requested.
