Best experience ever, great resort 10/10
We had the best experience ever at Hilton Kings' Land Resort on our 6 night stay. The room was spacious, very clean, and recently renovated. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. The suite had new and higher-end Samsung kitchen appliances including washer and dryer. The king bed was super comfortable and the sofa bed was also very good. We got the ground level suite with patio so we parked only a few steps from the suite, which was super convenient. Grounds are really well kept, making you feel like paradise. Pool area had multiple pools and 2 hot tubs. You get access to the amenities at Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort, which is 5 mins drive away. Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort is really nice and right at the beach. All staff were friendly and helpful. My 14 & 12 year olds loved the Game Room, which had 3 Xbox stations, a foosball, a ping pong, and a pool table. The Kings' Land suites are close to the highway and the resort is only a 25 min easy drive from the Kona Airport.

Roaches were a huge problem. I killed eight while I was there. Ants showed up after any sweet liquid was left untouched. Manager suggested I move to a different room and I declined because I believed the place is completely infested. Plus I was setup to work virtually and didn’t want to go thru the hassle of relocating my work station.
