THE place to stay!
Peter and Steve are fabulous hosts. A warm welcome awaits with loads of advice on places to visit and places to eat and drink. All the recommendations we went to were great places to visit too. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of choice. Once you stay here you know it is the only place you will want to stay when you visit Brighton. The hotel is close to the seafront and only a few minutes walk from the pier. The bathroom and the bedroom are both a lovely size. Coffee and tea are available with a great touch of complimentary chocolate bars as well as bottled water and fizzy drinks in the fridge. It feels like visiting friends and extremely relaxing. You will be sorry to leave. Thank you both for giving us an amazing long weekend in Brighton.

Very easy walk to town
Parking is available at a small cost in the same street and if you cant find a space the Hotel owner will jump in the car and help you find one!!! Fantastic service.. stress free! Lovely environment, very friendly, immaculate and very extensive and tasty breakfast.

Lovely boutique hotel. Very welcoming.
I stayed in room 11 with a friend. - Very sunny, nicely decorated room with king bed - lovely (new) shower room. - Good (free) Wifi - Free coffee, tea, biscuits, chocolates, in room, with Nespresso machine - Good quality towels & bed linen - Excellent breakfast - full english cooked to order, fresh berries, cereal. Happy to do gluten-free on request - Whole hotel is very clean, and has obviously been stylishly revamped recently - Very warm welcome from Steve who remembered our names & greeted us warmly again at breakfast. Smashing hosts & staff, made us feel very welcome, much appreciated - Quiet room, we didn't hear anything from other rooms. - Pleasant clientelle - doesn't seem to attract stag or hen groups, thank goodness! We'll definitely be returning here, as our default choice for future trips to Brighton. The hosts obviously put their heart & soul into running this place, and it really shows with all the little touches, and clearly a substantial investment into modernising an old building. Only negative was low-ish water pressure in shower on top floor - maybe it would be worth fitting an electric pump to boost pressure in top floor rooms?

Amazing hotel and perfect location.
The hotel was modern but with plenty of character. The room was absolutely spotless and we loved the added touches like the complimentary drinks and chocolate as well as the thousands of films to choose from on the tv. We had everything we needed including a fan for during this heat wave! It felt like everything had been thought of in order to ensure we had a fantastic stay, which we did!

Nice, clean, friendly near seaside
I travelled alone for a conference, so I booked a single, which was probably the smallest room they had. I was really impressed how well the refurbishment was put together. All amenities needed were there, it was comfortable and clean. It's on a quiet street, but still close to the sea, restraunts and shops etc. The owners are very friendly too, and the breakfast was great. I would certainly stay again.

Fantastic
Highly recommend. Location fantastic. Near everything, short walk to new pier possible about 10/15 mins to old pier/ i360. Loads of restraunt nearby, try the camelford arms a few streets down cracking pie with a pint £11.50 can't beat that in Brighton its usually £5 a pint. Hotel reception unmanned, but I liked this. The owners do live on-site though. The hotel phoned me to ask time of arrival and also sat in the car with me to show where to park ! £10 24hrs zone c. Room beautiful, large T.V with apps, Netflix if you want. Kettel , coffee maker , free water and a can of pop in the fridge. Some chocolate filled up daily, fudge or caramel, I love these little thoughtful things. Bedding changed every 3 days unless you required extra. Cleaned every day. I was working and in able to attend breakfast, so they brought me a breakfast tray every day ! Cereals , milk, tea, coffee. Cakes , bread. Fantastic service. Shower OK , had to wait for it to warm up , its an old building. I will be back. I've probably missed something's, but I will defiantly be back in approximately 4wks and I will be staying here. Oh ! And a table big enough for me work on my laptop. Iron , somewhere to hang clothes. Think that's it now ! Stay here....
