Great location in the city center. Super friendly and professional staff. Nicely appointed suite rooms, beautiful pool, comfortable bed and room. Perfect place to stay in downtown Siem Reap at a very reasonable price.

Perfect location and hotel for Siem Reap
The staff at Urban hotel treated us like family and made our stay extra special. The restaurant food was delicious, the pool was perfect for relaxing, and our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Mr. Bee was our tuk tuk driver for our entire stay and was very friendly, helpful, always on time, and took us to a delicious restaurant for lunch. We hope to return one day and would gladly stay here again!

Good but noisy
Good experience in general but the hotel has not a night noise regulation.
